Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected events happen, and we appreciate your flexibility. To respect our cleaners' schedules and allow us to potentially rebook the time slot, we ask for advance notice on any changes. Required Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice (before your scheduled appointment time) if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service. Notice can be given by phone, text, or email to [insert your phone number / email / preferred method]. Late Cancellations: If cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. This helps cover reserved time and travel for our team. No-Shows or Inability to Access: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the home (e.g., no one is present, keys aren't provided, pets are unsecured, or the appointment is turned away), it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and you will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee. Rescheduling Preference: We encourage rescheduling over outright cancellation when possible — this helps maintain your regular service routine without fees (as long as 24-hour notice is given). Recurring Clients: Frequent late cancellations (e.g., more than 2 in a 6-month period) may result in review of your service agreement, potential suspension, or requirement to prepay future cleanings. This policy applies to all one-time and recurring residential cleaning appointments. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. We review policies periodically and will notify clients of any changes.
